Transparent Rate Card
Every rate below is built from what the job actually costs to run — crew labor, diesel, tolls, truck maintenance and insurance — the same base-plus-mileage-plus-time model used by box-truck and last-mile carriers nationwide. No lowballing, no guesswork.
Standard Day Package
Small Job / Single Item
Long Island • Westchester • NJ • CT
Dock-to-dock freight needs no loading labor, so it's priced off the driver-and-truck cost alone. Freight that has to be hand-carried in or out gets the labor-included rate. Courier runs are driver-only and built for rush timing. Same rule as everything else on this page: the number covers the job.
Small Package • Driver Only
Dock-to-Dock • Drop & Go
Hand-Load • Labor Included

Rough it out before you request a firm quote. This is an estimate, not a final price.
Pick a service type and fill in the job details to see an estimate range.
This estimator gives a ballpark using the published rate card. It does not account for special handling, difficult access, disposal, or unusual conditions. Every job is confirmed with a firm quote before booking.
Same rate card on a Tuesday morning as a Saturday night. No demand pricing, no "high-traffic" multiplier, no busy-season markup — the number you see is the number everyone pays.
Once you give us the real job details, that price holds. If anything changes it, it can only come from the published add-on list — extra hour, extra mile, extra stop — never an unexplained markup after the truck's already loaded.
We'd rather say no than quote low and cut corners on your move. If a job doesn't work at a fair price for both sides, we'll tell you upfront instead of surprising you later.
Cancel with 24+ hours' notice, no fee. Inside 24 hours we charge a modest fee — by then the crew's day is already blocked off, and that's a cost we don't pass on to other customers.

FAQ
It depends on load size, location and time. A full truckload picked up and delivered entirely within NYC's five boroughs is a flat $850 (up to 4 hours, up to 40 miles). A smaller partial load within the five boroughs is a flat $450 (up to 2 hours, up to 20 miles). Jobs that extend into the upper Tri-State area (Long Island, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, NJ, CT) start at $700+ plus mileage and a fuel surcharge, confirmed by quote. Extra time, extra mileage, extra stops and waiting time beyond the included amounts are billed per the published rate card. Use the instant estimator on the pricing section for a ballpark, then request a quote for the firm number.

Heavy Hitter serves New York City's five boroughs on the standard rate card, and can extend into surrounding parts of the Tri-State area (Long Island, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, NJ, CT) at a separate rate starting at $700+, plus mileage and a fuel surcharge, confirmed on quote.
No. Cargo must be lawful and suitable for safe transportation. Hazardous materials, prohibited goods and loads that exceed safe or legal truck limits are not accepted.
The $850 (full load) and $450 (partial load) flat rates are guaranteed for jobs that fit inside the included hours and mileage, entirely within NYC's five boroughs. Trips into the upper Tri-State area are not flat-rate — those start at $700+ plus mileage and a fuel surcharge, negotiable and confirmed by quote. Tolls, parking, additional labor, special handling, excessive waiting time, extended mileage and other unusual requirements are billed per the published rate card. Final pricing is always confirmed before the job is booked.
Once you give us the real job details, your quoted price holds — no surge pricing, no demand multiplier, no busy-weekend markup. If anything is added, it can only come from the published rate card (extra hour, extra mile, extra stop) — never an unexplained charge after the job starts. And if a job genuinely doesn't work at a fair price for both sides, we'll say so upfront instead of quoting low and cutting corners.
Cancel with 24 or more hours' notice and there's no fee. Inside 24 hours a modest cancellation fee applies, since the crew's day is already blocked off by then and that cost has to go somewhere other than onto the next customer.
